Common questions

How do top-ups work?

You add credit to your wallet with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and washes are paid from that balance. Your card details are handled securely by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Can I get a refund?

If a wash didn't run or you were charged incorrectly, email support@lazerwash.sewith the date and amount and we'll put it right.

How do I manage my subscription?

Open the app and go to Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

Delete your account

You can delete your LazerWash account and personal data at any time:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account, or
• Email privacy@lazerwash.sefrom your registered address and we'll process it within 30 days.

We remove or anonymise your data except records we're required by law to keep (for example, transaction records for accounting). See our Privacy Policy for details.
